For our clients that frequent the Ballard or Laurelhurst locations – you may not be familiar with our West Seattle site. In March 2010 we opened this second location, which has been a great option for our clients living or working in the South Seattle area. It sits conveniently on 37^th Avenue SW, right in the Triangle District.

This 8-block stretch of land is known as the “gateway” to the West Seattle Junction, which was originally built in 1907. The Junction houses many businesses, from eateries to service shops. Over the years the Triangle as seen much growth, including several 5 story apartment complexes; however, it remains largely commercial.

We appreciate that we are in the vicinity of the original YMCA, built in the 1920’s, and Alki Lumber, which moved to the Triangle in the 1930’s. We are in good company with these long-standing businesses and certainly hope we will be here for many years to come. Please stop by and see us soon!
